Abuja- President Muhammadu Buhari will on Saturday, November 13, leave Paris for Durban, South Africa, at a special invitation by President Cyril Ramaphosa.
In a statement issued by his spokesman Femi Adesina and shared on Facebook on Saturday, Buhari will join other African leaders at the official opening ceremony of the 2nd Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF) 2021 which takes place on Monday, November 15.

The event, holding from Monday, November 15 to Sunday, November 21, is being convened by the African Export-Import Bank (AFREXIM) in collaboration with the African Union Commission (AUC) and the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Secretariat.
The theme of the Fair, 'Building Bridges for a Successful AfCFTA', is aimed at boosting trade and investment across the African continent.

Global businesses including non-African international brands are expected to key into opportunities generated by the fair, thereby attracting for the continent trade and investment deals worth $40billion.
Meanwhile, various Nigerian investors are already in Durban to take advantage of the event.
The President will be accompanied on the trip by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Otunba Niyi Adebayo, Director General, National Intelligence Agency, Amb. Ahmed Rufai Abubakar and the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of Nigerian Export Promotion Council, Segun Awolowo.
President Buhari is expected back in Nigeria on Tuesday, November 16.
Buhari hail Nigerians in Diaspora
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that President Muhammadu Buhari has showered praises on Nigerians living in the diaspora.
In a statement issued by his special adviser on media and publicity, Femi Adesina and shared on Facebook, Buhari said that the competitiveness which Nigerians display abroad is an indication of the quality education they acquired before travelling out of the country.
It was reported that the President made this assertion when he met with the Minister of State Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, Shaikh Shakboot Alnahyan, at the sidelines of the Paris Peace Forum on Friday, November 12.
COVID-19 Vaccine: Buhari issues stern warning to World Leaders
In another news, the World leaders and global health institutions have been cautioned against sidelining less privileged countries in terms of access to COVID-19 vaccines.
President Muhammadu Buhari issued the warning on Thursday, November 11, while delivering a keynote speech at the Paris Peace Forum (PPF).
In a statement issued by his spokesman, Femi Adesina, and shared on Facebook, the president said the needless hoarding of vaccines will undermine the entire effort for safety.
