Apple has agreed to pay $95 million to settle a lawsuit accusing its digital assistant Siri of listening in on users' private conversations. A class action lawsuit filed five years ago accused Siri of listening in on private conversations of people with iPhones, iPads, HomePods or other Apple devices enhanced with the digital assistant.

The South Korean co-founder of Terraform Labs appeared in a New York court on Thursday to face fraud charges stemming from the multi-billion-dollar collapse of his cryptocurrency company. Kwon, who is also wanted in South Korea, is charged in the United States with commodities fraud, securities fraud, wire fraud and money laundering and faces up to 130 years in prison if convicted of all charges.

Former British deputy prime minister Nick Clegg said Thursday he is stepping down from his role as president of Meta's global affairs and will be replaced by Republican stalwart Joel Kaplan. Clegg ceding his job to Kaplan, who served as deputy chief of staff for policy under then-president George W. Bush from 2006-2009, comes as Republican Donald Trump is set to return to the White House.
