In a chat with Legit.ng, Victoria Nkong said that managers play essential roles in the life and career of an artiste.

She said:

"The manager is as important as the artiste because the manager plays a huge role in ensuring the success and longevity of the artiste's career."

The music business executive also added that an artiste can turn his music into business by building a professional team around himself, producing good music and gathering a fanbase. His business manager will then handle the business side while he handles the art.
