American music superstar, Ne-Yo, has got a revelation that will cheer the Wizkid FC up.
The singer during his edition of soundtrack of my life declared his admiration for Nigerian music star, Wizkid.

Ne-Yo regretted not being the person that wrote Wizkid's big hit Essence featuring Tems and spoke fondly about how the track can be repeated severally without any hindrance.
He stated:

“It’s one of those records that just makes sense. They could run it back 17 times and you ain’t gonna say nothing, you’re just gonna let it happen. I wish that I’d have thought of it first."
How Neyo met Wizkid
The songwriter further spoke about how he met Wizkid and showered praises on him.
"I met him once, real quick – he wouldn’t remember. But I’m super proud of that dude for making the moves that he’s making. He’s one of the new generation that I can genuinely say I respect.”
Ne-Yo said Stevie Wonder's Overjoyed track is the first song he remembered hearing, while Billy Ocean's Suddenly is the first song he fell in love with.
He further revealed that The Pharcyde's Bizarre Ride II the Pharcyde was the first album he ever bought.
Justin Bieber thanks Wizkid for being on Essence remix
Legit.ng earlier reported that Grammy award-winning Nigerian singer, Wizkid wowed his fans on social media when he made a big announcement.
The Made in Lagos crooner announced the remix of one of the biggest songs from his album Essence will have American superstar, Justin Bieber featured on it.
Justin Bieber also took to his social media page to show appreciation to Wizkid for letting him be on the song of the summer.
