Singer Konga Narrates How He Had Accident, Got Robbed by 6 Men, Lost Belongings and Almost Died in One Night
- Veteran musician Konga has shared the unpalatable experience he had in Lagos recently while going about his usual activities
- Konga said he lost control of the wheels that resulted in an accident but thanked the airbags that saved his life
- The singer also shared how men that were supposed to rescue him only went away with his belongings and brutalised him in the process
Singer, Lawal Olalekan Olumo professionally known as Konga, has shared the near-death experience he had at midnight on Saturday, November 13, 2021.
Konga narrated how he lost control of the wheel while trying to navigate the roads on a fateful night.
He stated:
"All of a sudden I lost full control of my wheels at first am scared but I held on to the wheel and start battling with my car, until the car tumble ahead of a canal and land on the other side off road and stumble on a grass opposite still water estate."

Robbed by four boys who appeared from nowhere
The singer said he had injuries from the accident and while he was still trying to recover, some boys approached him.
"Before I turn back suddenly four boys appeared from nowhere they stole my shoes and my wears a necklace, hand chain, Apple Watch and iPhone 11 xpro max on me, they brutally beat and stab me till I became unconscious."
He also shared the encounter he had with the police and hospital before they agreed to give him medical treatment.
He finally said he is not used to bringing his personal issues on social media but similar cases have killed some of his friends and colleagues that was why he shared his experience to save the next victim.

Highway robbers attack Terry Apala and friends
Legit.ng earlier reported that music star, Terry Apala and some of his friends lost their mobile devices to highway armed robbers.
One of the singer's friends shared a video showing his damaged car as he recounted the harrowing experience.
The individual said the robbers attacked them with cutlasses before making away with their phones.
