They Will Be Boring: Nigerians Say Taaooma, Mr Macaroni, Other Skit Makers Can’t Be Great at Stand-Up Comedy

One of the hardest form of comedy which tests your creativity as a comedian is stand-up comedy and most, if not all of the veteran acts we have today, started out this way.

Comedy has however taken another dimension seeing as there is a handful of skit makers on social media making it seem like an easy job with the way they deliver.

"Not all Skit comedians, can be a stand up comedian. But 90 percent of stand up comedians can also do Skit."

Taaooma reacts to Yomi Casual's statement

Maryam Apaokagi who is popularly known as Taaooma on social media shared her thoughts concerning people who became successful with their craft before the advent of social media.

Her response was to a post by celebrity designer, Yomi Casual, she stated that creatives who became successful back in the days were lucky.

She explained that there was less competition as only fewer brands, people, and products were known - compared to today's world.
