Shop It or Skip It: Photos show Bottega Veneta 'Telephone Wire' Bracelet Selling for N392k
Italian luxury fashion house, Bottega Veneta, is known for producing lines for men and women that include ready-to-wear, handbags, shoes, accessories and jewellery - some of which will have you scratching your head.
Just recently, photos of a bracelet created by the luxury brand popped up online and it is every bit buzzworthy.
The bracelet made in the shape of a telephone wire doesn't just give off a playful vibe, but undoubtedly takes one down memory lane to when one played with cords from broken landlines.
Interestingly, a designer brand making jewellery in the likeness of a phone cord isn't the only thing that stands out here.
Described as a 'coiled open-cuff bracelet', the piece of jewellery is going for the sum of N392k (€850) on the shopping website, Farfetch.

Lisa Folawiyo in telephone wire shoes by Bottega Veneta
Earlier, Lisa Folawiyo, a top Nigerian designer and brains behind Jewel by Lisa, shared photos of herself in one of the designs from her SS22 collection. To accessorize her look, she rocked a pair of designer shoes.
The shoes aren't just from any designer but Bottega Veneta, one of the top luxury brands in the world. Just like the bracelet above, the shoes had straps like that of a telephone wire.
A brief search on their website shows that the blue sandals with wire stretch straps cost a whopping N570k ($1,390).
Laura Ikeji wants to buy heeled crocs
Nigerian fashion influencer and businesswoman, Laura Ikeji, recently got social media users buzzing with mixed reactions after she revealed the next thing she intended to spoil herself with as a mother.
For the longest time, crocs were considered hideous and pointless but all of that appeared to have changed following the pandemic as the crayon-coloured shoes have since turned into a hip, even glamorous, statement.
Well, it appears designer brands have taken things up a notch. What was once mainly for comfort has now been converted into something more fashion conscious.
Ikeji shared a photo of black heeled crocs designed by high-end brand, Balenciaga.
