Dieko Afolayan, son of Nollywood legend Kunle Afolayan, has finally addressed the public after a video of him shook the internet.
Recently, Dieko was spotted in a viral video wearing a braided hairstyle, followed by another clip of him strutting down the red carpet at an event.

The highlight of the event was Afolayan’s son’s display and dance moves as he vibed to a song, sparking speculation among Nigerians, especially on X (formerly Twitter).
Legit.ng previously reported that Dieko, a fashion model, also went viral in 2024 for a video where he proudly showcased his bag and outfit while shopping.
In the viral clip, Diekola was seen wearing jean trousers and a T-shirt while carrying a designer bag, with the handles resting on his elbow.

The young model pointed out that many people don’t truly know him, hence the need to reintroduce himself.
According to Diekola, he is an embodiment of elegance, hard work, style, and success—an individual with many talents.

He revealed that he spends most of his time in his thoughts and only focuses on what is required of him when he steps out of them.
The filmmaker’s son argued that he is in a world where he feels misunderstood and not fully accepted, and he disclosed that he is on an art of self-discovery.
He also stated his desire to be a positive influence, particularly for younger generations.
“I’m trying to find myself in a world of chaos and not being accepted. I want to be a role model to young boys and girls. I’m unapologetic and self-aware,” he said in part.
