In the videos from her unveiling as the brand ambassador for Deedew Spices, fans noticed a difference in the size of her lips after she returned to Ghana.

After the media personality who dispelled rumour of her failed marriage shared some images online some time ago, news spread that she had liposuction done to increase the size of her derrière, which she later confirmed on UTV.

Now they are saying that she has done something to her lips to change its look.

Ghanaians have begun comparing McBrown to socialite Aba Dope, who said that the former was her mentor. Some said Aba has had a negative influence on McBrown, which has led her to undergo lip increment surgery.

Netizens also wondered why the woman who got her first car at 20 would get lip injections because they felt she is someone who has it all: wealth, a husband, a daughter and fame.
