Why Oprah Winfrey has never used weight loss pills
The 69-year-old businesswoman was in an interview where she opened up about struggling with weight loss her entire career.
According to Page Six, the media personality disclosed she once almost fell onto the bandwagon and started using the pills but changed her mind.

"When I first started hearing about the weight loss pills, at the same time I was going through knee surgery, and I felt, ‘I’ve got to do this on my own.’ Because if I take the pill, that’s the easy way out,” she explained.
Part of Oprah's pressure to turn toward the weight loss pill was due to being shamed in the tabloids every week for about 25 years for lacking the “willpower” to shed some kilograms.
“I don’t know if there is another public person whose weight struggle has been exploited as much as mine over the years," she added.
Oprah trashes huge cake on New Year
The billionaire once left people speechless after she removed a huge cake from her stylish fridge and threw it in the trash can.
According to the media mogul, throwing away the cake was her way of resetting her diet in 2022 and eating healthy.
Most of her fans were irked by her gesture and advised her to make smaller portions rather than throw away food.
