Yeni Kuti, a dancer, singer, and the daughter of late Nigerian artist and Afrobeat pioneer, Fela Kuti, has stated that she cannot leave her spouse because of adultery as her father had 27 wives and her mother did not leave her marriage.
The dancer, who made headlines earlier after revealing on TVC Nigeria's Your View Programme that she will only leave her marriage if her husband cheats on her, made this known in an interview with Chude, where she addressed a variety of issues concerning her, her family, and her late father, Fela Kuti.

However, while further reacting to her view on her husband cheating on her, Yeni said:
"I won't leave my husband if he's cheating. That's me. You can leave your own husband if he's cheating; that's you. Don't judge me; I'm not judging you.
