The storm is finally over for popular comedian and skit maker, Cute Abiola, following his release from the Nigerian Navy's detention.

The humour merchant who has been away from social media for weeks recently shared posts on his Instagram page to the delight of his fans, colleagues and supporters.

Recall that some weeks ago, Legit.ng reported that the young man was taken into detention for breaching the Navy’s social media policy rules.

His detention came after he made a controversial skit where he was spotted rocking what appeared to be his official uniform.

Well, one of the recent posts shared by Cute Abiola captured the moment he was reunited with his dear mother.

The woman was sprawled across the floor as she shed tears of joy and appreciated the Lord for bringing her son back.

Some other family members were also heard in the background rejoicing at Abiola’s freedom.
