Nigerian superstar, David Adeleke aka Davido has once again taken out time to remember his late mother, Veronica Adeleke, on a day that she should have clocked a new age.
The singer who marked his birthday on Sunday, November 21, took to his Instastory channel in celebration of his mum’s posthumous birthday.
In the mood of celebration, Davido shared an epic throwback photo showing his mum and elder sister, Sharon Ademefun.

Davido wished her a happy birthday and shared several emoticons expressing his love for her even though she’s no longer alive.

Still in the mood of remembering his parent, the singer posted another epic throwback photo in which his mother was sighted alongside popular businessman, Aliko Dangote.
From indications, the photo was captured several years ago during a graduation or matriculation ceremony.

Davido donates N201 million gotten for his birthday to charity
Meanwhile, Legit.ng reported that Nigerians stormed Davido's Instagram page after he shared what he would be doing with the money he got from friends in celebration of his birthday.
The singer shared a video to thank everyone who sent money to his account, including those that gave their widow's mite.
The father of three then stated that he won't be keeping the money as he believes that he can impact lives with it. He announced a five-man community that has been set up to distribute a total of N251 million to charities across the country.

Baba Fryo 'knocks' Davido over donation to charity
Legit.ng reported that veteran singer Baba Fryo reacted to news of Davido giving out over N250 million to orphanages.
The Dem Go Dey Pose star recounted when he was down and reached out to Davido but got no response from the singer.
Fryo said the news of Davido donating to the orphanage was surprising seeing as he is also a fellow celebrity who happened to need help at the time.
