Rapper Travis Scott has mourned with the families that lost loved ones during a serge at his concert.
Eight people lost their lives at the Astroworld music festival in Houston, Texas, on Friday, November 5, after a crowd surge that also saw dozens injured, according to CNN.
Reacting to the tragedy, Travis went on his Instagram Stories to share his thoughts on the incident, noting he was devasted.
The rapper sent his prayers to the deceased, saying his team was working on identifying the families to help with the grief.

He said his fans mean a lot to him, and his objective has always been to leave them with a positive experience.

He noted he is working closely with the authorities to gain information on what happened.

The ages of the victims who died range from 14 to 27, with one unconfirmed. At least 25 people were sent to a hospital.
