Dufil Prima Foods, the makers of Indomie Instant Noodles, visited Aperin Oniyere Commercial Grammar School, Ibadan, on October 3rd, 2024, to donate educational materials and assistive supplies to the students. This gesture was aimed at supporting their academic progress and providing essential tools to improve their mobility and ease their daily activities.

1. Keynote Speeches
The event featured impactful addresses from prominent figures, including Dufil Prima Foods' Group Head of Communications and Events Manager, Temitope Ashiwaju, who delivered the opening remarks. In his speech, Ashiwaju emphasized Indomie Noodles' unwavering commitment to supporting and uplifting children across Nigeria in any way possible.
Several members of the school’s management team also took the stage to deliver speeches expressing their gratitude to the brand for leading this generous initiative and acknowledging its strong commitment to social responsibility.
2. Donation Presentation
The students’ joy was evident as Indomie made the donation of the items, which included Braille machines, typewriters, laptops, and digital recorders. While many of these items were intended to support their educational needs, the donation also featured assistive devices like mobility canes, designed to enhance the students' daily activities and independence.
3. Examination Sponsorship
The brand also revealed that they will be covering the costs for the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) examination fees for SS3 students. This will enable the students to continue their education and pursue higher studies without the burden of examination expenses.
4. Students’ Performances
The students at the school put on a variety of captivating performances to express their gratitude to Indomie Noodles for their generosity. Some of the performances included musical renditions and heartfelt religious chant recitation.
