Indian Language School Reacts to Fact-Finding Mission by Lagos State

Indian Language School, Lagos asserts “Our attention has been drawn to recent media reports regarding the scope and accessibility of our educational institution – Indian Language School, Lagos. Understandably, the Lagos State Ministry of Education has commenced an inquiry into the matter”

While we are cooperating fully with the authorities on their fact-finding mission, the authorities have also been ensuring that there is no disruption to the students’ schooling activities.

As we await the outcome of this exercise, we wish to reaffirm that in our 42 years of operation, we have functioned according to the approvals provided by the government, and we have established a dignified presence within the host community.
