Nnamdi kanu, mother and supporters appear in court today (video)
The Federal High Court in Abuja today, September 26, was flooded with many people following the hearing on a matter against the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu.
At today's ruling, the judge presiding over the matter John Tsoho disqualified himself following a petition against him by Kanu.
Kanu in his petition to the National Judicial Council (NJC) accused the judge of contradicting himself in two different rulings, a matter described as breach of judicial oath by Justice Tsoho.
While the most of these people were barred from accessing the gate of the court, only strong relatives were allowed into the court premises and further into the courtroom where the case was heard.
Among the relatives allowed into the courtroom were the mother to the IPOB leader Ugoeze Nnenne Kanu, his brother Prince Kanu and his two sisters among other few supporters.
Also, Kanu and two other accused persons in the matter - David Nwawuisi and Benjamin Madubugwu were all dressed in white all through.
