Boxing legend Muhammad Ali who died on Friday, June 3, once visited Nigeria in 1964 with the country welcoming an boxing icon.

The 74-year-old boxer at a Phoenix-area hospital, where he had spent the past few days being treated for respiratory complications.

The  boxing legend, was spotted wearing a brown and white stripped Yoruba Agbada as he enjoyed his visit to the Nigeria.

Ali visited Lagos, Nigeria on a 3-day tour of the city from June 1- June 3, 1964.
