Is Lola Omotayo the cause of Psquare's breakup?

- The Psquare duo have gone their separate ways

- Many are accusing Peter Okoye's wife Lola Omotayo for the break up

Since the Psquare break up news filtered into town one of the wives of the Okoye brothers has been under fire as being the cause of the longest singing group in Africa.

This will not be the first time Lola Omotayo Okoye who is married to Peter Okoye of the Psquare group has been receiving several blows for the break up as many believed she is the force behind her husband to call for the breakup of the group.

Some are even insinuating that Lola wants to be managing her husband that is why she wants to destroy the group and have total control of her husband.

Others believe that these attacks are coming on Lola because she is a Yoruba woman married into an Igbo family. Apparently Lola is the only Yoruba in the Okoye’s family.

However, Lola posted a picture of herself and captioned it:  “If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain.....????????”

It seems many people have been waiting for her to say something because of the barrage of comments that followed her post. See some of them below:

Lola was a high flyer in the corporate world before she met and married Peter. She had held top positions in a number of high-end companies. Lola had worked with ECONET (now Airtel) as an events manager, Daily Times and FKG2, an advertising company as Business Development Director.

Lola studied Theatre Arts at San Francisco University, United States of America.

Lola and Peter met in Enugu where Peter had gone to perform at Omotayo’s company’s event. The two lovers dated for eight years before they got married on Sunday, November 17, 2013. She is way older than Peter but love has balanced the equation for them.
