TRAGIC: Two Die At Ifo Market In Ogun

It was a sad day for the people of Ifo market in Ifo Local Government Area of Ogun State yesterday, as two people were electrocuted by a high tension wire that suddenly fell.

The tragic incident, which the market people did not see coming, killed two people immediately, also displacing several others with severe injuries.

Vanguard reports that Mr Muyiwa Adejobi, who is the Public Relations Officer of the State's Police, confirmed the incident adding that the injured persons have been admitted and receiving treatments at the Ifo General Hospital.

It would be recalled that just recently, a 47-year-old man, Gbenga Ogunfolabo, was arrested by the Ogun state Police Command for stabbing his wife, Bosede, to death with broken bottle during a fight.
