Oyedepo Urges FG To Develop Agriculture
Bishop David Oyedepo, the founder of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, has urged the Federal Government to restructure its agricultural policies in order to curb the increasing unemployment and insecurity facing the country.
According to This Day, the clergyman who is also the Chancellor of Landmark University, Omu-Aran made the call on Wednesday during a news conference in Omu-Aran in Irepodun Local Government Area of Kwara State at the convocation ceremony of the institution.

The Bishop while speaking on the issue of food production pointed out that food availability; food affordability and food security were also one of the national issues that government needed to pay attention to, adding that it synchronises with other challenges currently facing the nation.
He recalled that food issues had caused national and continental tension and crisis within the country.
“What the people of the country needs this time around is abundance food and once this is done, the desire of the nation to tackle high rate of unemployment will be reduced drastically.
“On this three-in-one gap, we can establish the disruptive connect with our unemployment challenges, pervasive social crisis, non inclusive economic growth and our national security nightmare,” Oyedepo said.

David O. Oyedepo, who is reported to be the richest pastor in Nigeria, was born September 27, 1954. He is a Nigerian Christian author, preacher, the founder and presiding Bishop of Living Faith Church World Wide, also known as Winners Chapel, and its affiliated international churches known as Winners Chapel International, which has its headquarters in Ogun State, Nigeria.
