Desmond Elliot Denies Sleeping With Two Sisters

Nollywood actor/producer cum politician, Desmond Elliot in a recent interview has debunked the rumour which went viral that he slept with two blood sisters.

It would be recalled on December 24, 2013 it was reported that the happily married and father of four kids, Desmond Elliot was accused of being in a sizzling romance with two blood sisters, Roseline and Yvette Muere which even caused rift between the half-caste sisters.

Desmond who denied such ever happening said: "I don’t know. It was baseless. The ladies in question are my wards and I take care of them. Do I have to be related to them by blood? We are family friends and we have been family friends for years.

 

"Their parents are abroad and whenever they are in Nigeria, they stay with me, so it was a baseless distraction and the person who did the article about me has since apologised," he said.

Desmond who said that he dated his wife for 8 years before getting married doesn't hesitate to express his love for his wife as he said he is a christian and believer in the family.

 

He was once quoted in interview saying "My wife means the whole World to me".

 

Meanwhile Desmond who remains one of the top Nollywood actors and sought-after with about 14 years in the industry and recently winning the Best Supporting Actor award at the 2014 AMVCA has now joined the likes of Richard-Mofe Damijo, Clem Ohameze who joined politics.

 

Desmond who intends to run for a seat in the Lagos State House of Reps gave his reasons saying: "I want to give back through politics that will be favourable to the youths".

Desmond, a graduate of Economics from the Lagos State University was recently enrolled in the National Open University of Nigeria together with his colleague Ini Edo.
