Meanwhile, it was reported in June that the 'Aye' crooner graduated with a degree in Music from Babcock University, Ilisan Remo, Ogun State on Sunday, June 1 with 1, 544 graduating students.

Davido has even allegedly caused an incident during the convocation, while the special guest of honour, the Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, was delivering her speech. A lot of screaming and shouting among the students with his dramatic entrance were reported, which led the minister to suspending her speech.

And as result, Davido’s billionaire father, Chief Deji Adeleke, who was also present at the ocassion, had to restore peace as he was said to have called out his son saying: “David! David! Leave this place now, and follow me wherever I go”.
