Fasehun Lambasts Lagos State Government
The National Chairman of the Unity Party of Nigeria, UPN, Dr. Fredrick Fasehun, has lambasted the All Progressive Congress, APC, and the Lagos State Government saying that it has turned Lagos State into an 'animal farm'.
Fredrick Faseun
The UPN Chairman in a recent interview with Punch recounted how the present Lagos State Government used Okada riders for its election campaigns distributing various branded bike effects like helmets, reflective jackets and even motorcycles to aid the effectiveness of the campaigns, and then later displaced the motorcycle riders by banning them on Lagos roads.

Claiming that the APC is an anti-people party, which should not be allowed into power in 2015, Fasehun advised Governor Fashola to start making amends as his last days of office are counting. He, however, said the Lagos State Governor has exploited indigents so much all in the name of making Lagos a mega city.
The 76-year-old party Chairman, who is also the chairman of the Oodua Peoples' Congress (OPC), has the aspirations of returning the hiked fees of the Lagos State University (LASU) back to the old level, if his party is voted into power in Lagos come 2015 elections.
Fasehun, however, expressed his hopes on the coming Osun elections, saying that Osun remains one of the bedrocks of the UPN of the past and how his party will re-enact the 'magic wand' that has always worked for both the party and the people.
It would be recalled that just recently, Dr. Frederick Fasehun- led faction of the OPC warned Gani Adams, the leader of a breakaway faction of the pan Yoruba group, to desist from making negative remarks against Fasheun or risk expulsion.
