Thousands of Nigerians gathered inside and outside of the church waiting for the casket bearing the remains of the dead pastor to be opened. But expectedly this did not happen. What is even more interesting is that the date of the prophet's burial had been chosen by the prophet himself as he had a lot of things and events in his life linked with number 7, including his date of birth, house and church address (both 17), the number of tenants of the house (17).

It would be recalled that Late Prophet Ajanaku's widow, Joy Ajanaku, and some elders of the church had refused to bury him because they were convinced he will rise again but have now accepted the idea of sepulture. The late Prophet Ajanaku was born a Muslim with an Islamic background and converted to Christianity on his arrival in Lagos State. He is survived by a wife, an aged mother and two children, a boy and a girl.
