Hajiya Hawa Kulu Salihu Is Dead

Abdulkadir Kure, the former governor of Niger State, has reportedly lost his mother, Hajiya Hawa Kulu Salihu.

She died in the early hours of July 15, 2014, Tuesday.

It would be recalled that Abdulkadir Kure was the governor of Niger State from May 29, 1999 to 29 May 2007. He is a member of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The former governor is renowned for introducing Sharia law in Niger State in May 2000.
