Police Rescue 10-Year-Old Boy From Kidnappers

Lagos police have reportedly rescued a 10-year-old boy from the hands of kidnappers and arrested one of the suspects directing him for further investigation.

Speaking with NAN, command’s spokesperson DSP Ngozi Braide said that 3 more suspects were nabbed for cultism and armed robbery in different parts of the state.

The boy identified as Moses Idowu had been injured by the alleged kidnapper, who tried to take him forcibly.

As for the other arrests, Braide said two suspected cultists were detained on a tip-off, adding:

"Items recovered from the hoodlums are one locally made pistol, four live cartridges, three axes and four handsets."

It would be recalled that this week a 2-year-old was miraculously discovered at the Murtala Muhammed Airport after having been kidnapped from her parents' home in Lagos
