Okotie's Church Ex-Pianist Discloses Cleric's Love Affairs
Okiotor Dafiaghor, who used to be a pianist at Rev. Chris Okotie's Household of God Church, revealed why he quit in 2009.
In a recent interview with Sahara Reporters the musician enumerated several reasons behind his leave and narrated how he discovered that services in Okotie's mini empire were not for God.
Moreover, Dafiaghor said Rev. Okotie had been involved in relationships with different women adding that romance with one of them Ms. Roli Bode George (Chief Bode George's wife and new NDLEA's Director under President Jonathan) played the crucial role in his final decision to leave.
"About a certain lady, Roli Adeniyi, that came up in the newspapers and said that she used to go out with Rev Chris Okotie. I know that this is true because I used to see things. We used to make excuses for him...like he's not really doing anything with them. You see a lady at 3am in his house and probably they are just doing prayer meeting and he's too man of God for that."
It would be recalled that the conflict between the two was widely publicized last year. While Dafiaghor insisted that he was due earnings by Okotie for 13 years of service in his church, the man of God accused the ex-pianist of blackmail and trying to extort N39 million from him, and even sued the former church member.
