Charly Boy who recently buried his father, Justice Chukwudifu Oputa on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Oguta, Imo State caused quite a stir as he stepped out with his two 'virgins' at his father's funeral service.

Aside making an appearance with his two 'virgins' as he calls them, it was reported on Wednesday, June 25 that Charly Boy stormed out of his father's lying-in-state at the Owerri International Conference Centre, owerri.

He also caused controversial after he publicly embarrased the Governor of Imo state, Governor Rochas Okorocha by reportedly snatching the microphone from the governor’s hands, when he was paying tribute to the late judge at the Sacred heart catholic church on the claims that his father's burial was turned into a political rally.

Meanwhile Charly boy who says he is a buddhist has denied embarrassing the Governor saying:  "I didn’t embarrass him. You can believe anything you read from the dailies. But I can’t go out of my way to embarrass anybody. I only insisted that I wouldn’t tolerate people with bad political breath to preside over my father’s burial rites. The corpse belonged to the Oputa family, and not the state or Federal Government. Being Charley Boy, my action creates a lot of controversies.

Charly Boy's father, Justice Chukwudifu Oputa died on Sunday, May 4, 2014 at the age of 96 after a brief illness.
