Police Offer N50m Reward For Information on Missing Chibok Girls
The Nigeria Police Force have announced a 50 million naira reward for any citizen who provides valuable and credible information that could lead to locating and rescuing the abducted Borno State girls.
The police have issued a statement signed by the Chief Superintended of Police, Public relations officer, Frank Mba. The police have promised to ensure anonymity and confidentiality to the callers. All well-wishing Nigerians possessing valuable info are urged to call the following numbers:
The girls were abducted on April 14th by Boko Haram terrorists who invaded the Chibok town in Borno State. Latest reports indicate 279 girls, aged from 16 to 19, were snatched from their dormitories of Government Girls Secondary School. Some of them have managed to break free, but over 200 still remain in Boko Haram's hands. The sect's latest act has angered not only Nigerians, put also people all around the world.
