Despite the fact that her husband is dedicated to her, Ruth allowed what she heard about her friends marriage to influence her new behaviour in her matrimonial home.

She became paranoid and started suspecting every moves of her husband, even her husband's phone was not left out of her suspicion. She went as far as sending threat messages to innocent female friends of her husband.
