Fish Out Nyanya Blast Perpetrators - APC Governors To President Goodluck Jonathan
On Wednesday, April 16, the All Progressives Congress Governors Forum (APCGF) appealed to President Goodluck Jonathan to intensify effort to fish out the perpetrators of Monday’s bomb blast in Nyanya, Abuja.
The Chairman of the Forum, Rochas Okorocha of Imo State, stated this during APC governors' visit to Nyanya blast victims at the National Hospital in the FCT.
He requested the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed forces to deepen that particular section of the constitution, which guarantees safety of lives and property of the ordinary citizens.
He also urged the President to show leadership at this tragic moment and do whatever it takes to fish out those who are involved in this act.
Okorocha, on behalf of the APC governors, commiserated with the families of those who lost their loves ones, saying “ we know they must be in serious pains at this moment.”
Also speaking on this matter, Governor Tanko Al-Makura of Nasarawa State, advised Nigerians to be vigilant and observe any unusual movement around them.
