Banky W, Dr. SID, Sound Sultan, Harrysong Ignore Other Telecoms Operators And Join MTN
After series of talks with the management of telecommunications giant, MTN, Nigerian high profile musicians, Banky W, DR SID, Sound Sultan and Harrysong have finally signed up with the Nigerian company as its latest set of brand ambassadors.
Banky, Sultan, SID and Harrysong were all featured on the last MTN Loud in Naija Tour which took place from November to December 2013 in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Abuja and Ibadan.

The quartet’s songs were also included in the last two mixtapes – ‘#MTNLoudInNaijaMix’ and ‘Loud In Naija Valentine 2014 Mix’ which MTN released in December and February respectively.
According to an insider, the artistes would soon be unveiled by the telecom operator as soon as 'they finalize the deals with MTN'.
An attempt to get a confirmation of the deal from the musicians was unsuccessful as they remained silent, not responding to newsmen's queries.
It was gathered that the new signings made by MTN was influenced by the success of the caller back tunes from their current ambassadors like, Davido, Wizkid, KCEE, Don Jazzy, D’Prince, Iyanya, Praiz, Chidinma, iMyke and Tiwa Savage.
No official statement yet from MTN or their representatives on the signing.
