After the Senate earlier decided that Senator Bukola Saraki (Kwara) will lead them for the next four years, the House of Reps elects are now deciding who will represent them at the helm.
Voting begins once again with abia state lawmakers leading the way.

It seems we will be heading into another rounds of elections to decide the deputy position.
However APC lawmakers in compliance with the mother party nominate Mohammed Tahir Monguno for the position of deputy speaker.

Dogara is 48 years old and holds degrees in law and is going to be sworn in.
Honourable Dogara is officially announced as winner and now makes his way to the floor to be sworn in.

Femi Secured 174 votes While Dogara secured 182 votes. The officials now sign the document of witnessing the full election procedure.
Counting has begun, Femi's votes are being collated.

Dogara seems to be in early lead so far, if Dogara wins it will be the second time the APC mock polls fails to work after Saraki's earlier victory.
