5. Jenny O
Jennifer Obi popularly referred to as Jenny O, began her sojourn into the broadcasting industry in 2007.
The fair complexion beauty hails from Imo state and has been dubbed by Veteran Broadcaster Bisi Olatilo as the Golden voice on the widely acclaimed magazine show, the Bisi Olatilo show. She is many things rolled into one, a singer, dancer, writer, reporter, OAP, TV presenter and newscaster.

She’s hosts the widely viewed fashion show, Video fashion broadcast on AIT, TVC, LTV in Lagos State and some notable stations across the nation.
She has had her stint in radio broadcasting with Radio Continental and City 105.1fm, which she has displayed professionally with unbelievable dexterity. Jenny O has most recently pitched her tent with Urban, Lifestyle and entertainment channel Hip TV as a reporter, writer, voiceover artiste, and presenter. Jenny O has also performed as a protégé with veteran afro beat& high life musician Dede Mabiaku and his band ‘the underground African sounds’.
Her new single Shomara ft musical taliban Oritse Femi is currently rocking airwaves. The new catchy dance track is a follow up to smashing single “follow you go”. Shomara (Are they ok?), produced by hit maker Fliptyce, is a blend of pop and African sound with a groovy feel.
4. Tekno
Signed under the Made Men Music recording label (TripleMG), Tekno’s rose to stardom with his smashing hit “Dance” in 2014. He earlier released a popular mid tempo hit, ‘Holiday’ featuring Davido.
It would be recalled that he and HKN act, B-Red, released their own version of the dance-turn-song ‘Shoki’.
3. Cheekychizzy
Chisom ifeachor Afoamakachukwu is a music artiste and a producer born in Nigeria.
Popularly known by his stage name, Cheekychizzy, he is the lead act for 4000 degrees entertainment.
Cheekychizzy, who has been in the Nigerian music scene for a commendable amount of time and just recently signed up with 4000 Degrees Entertainment as a re-branding move, has dropped the visual for his debut single titled ‘Ekele’.
The artiste, who was an affiliate of DB Records and Produckt Republik, can be confidently described as the leading artiste of the record label.
Before now, Cheekychizzy has worked with artistes like D'banj, Davido, Kayswitch, Shaydee, Mayd, PRE, Olamide, Special Ed, J-sol, Patoranking, YQ, Durella and producers like Dr frabz, Deevee, Jsleek, amongst others.
He is an acclaimed Artiste/Producer in his own right who is well respected for churning out hits and contributing perfection to Nigeria’s highly competitive music soundscape. He is definitely one singer to watch.

2. Reekado Banks
A graduate of History and Strategic Study in the University of Lagos, Reekado Banks has continued to steal music lovers’ attention (especially the ladies).
Dubbed as the prince of hooks, have you ever wondered what ‘Dorobucci”, “Allelu”, “Adaobi” and “Looku Looku” would have been without Reekado ? This is one artiste I believe Don Jazzy will never regret signing to Mavins Record.
Reekado Banks is sure of getting us busy this 2015, expect more from him.
1. LIL KESH–AFROPOP
Lil Kesh signed to Olamide’s YBNL label is truly one name that has been on everyone’s lips. Lil Kesh became famous for his “Shoki” dance and track which has replaced azonto and etighi.
In anticipation Lil Kesh should be dropping his album in 2015 let’s see what else he has for his fans next. After dropping yet another smashing hit “Gbese”. But with Olamide Behind his back he is sure heading for greatness.
