PHOTO: PDP Thugs Go On Rampage In Lagos
As the presidential election draws nearer with the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) having intensified campaign rallies in parts of the country, some suspected political thugs of the PDP were pictured causing damage in the Ikorodu area of Lagos state on Monday.
Meanwhile, this act by suspected PDP field soldiers is considered as a breach of the peace accord that was signed by aspirants ahead of the elections.

Such actions have resulted in political violence in parts of the country.
Osun state governor, Rauf Aregbesola, and the PDP candidate in Osun East Senatorial District, Francis Fadahunsi, are currently accusing each other of being responsible for the political violence that recently erupted in Ilase and Ibokun in Obokun local government area of the state.
Recall that some men suspected to be aggrieved youths of the Peoples Democratic Party landed in trouble after they reportedly destroyed bearing the image of the First Lady, Patience Jonathan, at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin, the Edo state capital.
