PDP Suspends Sokoto Governor, Wamakko

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has suspended the Sokoto State Governor, Aliyu Wamakko, from the party.

The PDP stated this after its National Working Committee’s meeting in Abuja on Wednesday evening.

The party said Mr. Wamako refused to honour its repeated invitations to answer to allegations of anti-party activities.
