1. Adeshola Princess

The funny woman whose real name is Damilola Adekoya got married on May 8, 2013... and divorced several weeks later. She said that her ex-husband, Adesola Jeremiah, should not be labeled as her ex:

"I don’t think you should call him my ‘ex-husband’ because we were together for less than one month. An ex-husband is somebody you marry, and after three years or more, you separate. Anyway, I don’t know where he is. We have moved on."

Princess revealed that the union ended prematurely due to irreconcilable differences, but admitted that she did actually love him.

2. Chiege Alisigwe

Chiege Alisigwe was married to a UK-based businessman, but alleged that the man had other relationships. Unable to bear it, she came back to Nigeria, where she met and married an Enugu-based police officer. However, their marriage crashed in a three-month period.

“I won’t say I made a wrong choice of a husband. Maybe I was naive when the affair was contracted. Maybe it was a wrong choice. I won’t call it a mistake but I call it an experience which I have learnt from," she said in an interview with Vanguard. "

The marriage lasted for only three months, you won’t believe it. I had conceived the baby in my womb before we fell apart three months later, so I had the baby and have taken care of her all by myself since she was born. When I am working, she stays with my sister, and, as soon as I am back from location, I take her. She lives with me and I love her so much. In fact, she is my jewel.”

3. Uche Ogbodo

Uche Ogbodo's marriage lasted... nearly a month. She didn’t speak much about it because of her pregnancy. The gorgeous Nollywood actress shocked a lot of her fans when she revealed that her marriage crashed. She confessed:

"The marriage lasted barely a month before we started having issues. We were having issues before I found out I was pregnant."

4. Funke Akindele

Actress Funke Akindele was married for nearly a year to Kehinde Oloyede. She didn’t comment on  their divorce, but her ex-husband wrote on his page in social media:

"It’s with heavy heart that am announcing the separation of me and ma wife Mrs Olufunke Akindele, we’ve both agreed to go our separate ways coz of irreconcilable differences. we still best of friends nd we 4ever remain gud friends. Am doing just fine, gettn along without u, don’t need u anymore in ma life. u d greatest mistake av made in recent time."

5. Damola Olatunji

His marriage lasted for nearly a year. It failed because he cheated on his wife with a fellow actress Bukky Awoyemi. His wife Raliat lamented:

"I am sad, frustrated, and I don’t know where to start from. What did I do to deserve this? I gave my all, or is it a sin to love someone who claims to love you. Damola and I didn’t have any issues, neither did we have any major quarrels, just the normal ups and downs that married couples have. But I started feeling uneasy few weeks to our wedding anniversary when he rarely picked my calls nor replied my sms promptly,  and will only call me back in the middle of the night.

"Gists started filtering into my ears that Damola was seeing Bukky, but I ignored them. But when my husband wouldn’t change, I asked him and he denied that the only thing between them is work, until Damola’s brother's girlfriend called me to tell me that Damola actually brought Bukky to Osogbo and they went to Damola’s uncle's home where she made dinner for him before they retired into the room to make love. And it started to make sense to me because like thrice in the middle of the night I had seen Bukky’s text messages to Damola saying I miss you, I love you and can’t wait to see you, but I allowed it to slide because guys in the industry are in the habit of calling themselves darlings and all.

"But I knew I was in serious trouble was when I came home for our anniversary, and Damola didn’t pick me at the airport. On getting home , I noticed that Damola had packed all our wedding pictures and all my properties into the guest room. While waiting for him, I took a look at his iPad and, behold, I read his messages, with Bukky talking about the romantic getaways, the fact that he does not want me again and him professing love to Bukky. l was home for 30 days, and Damola only slept home once. Later, I heard he was with Bukky in Magodo. I went to see his parents but got a shocker as they told me point-blank that they would only want what their son wants ,and all my parents' efforts to make peace with his parents were turned down. I have not spoken to Damola for over 70 days as he neither picks my call nor replies my sms."
