PHOTOS: 2Face Buries Dad

Award-winning popular musician 2face Idibia has buried his dad, Michael Idibia, in grand style, as he has lost the life in the battle with cancer.

It would be recalled that Mr. Michael Idibia died on August 23rd. He has however been buried yesterday at their hometown of Amufu Ejeba in Enumoga Ehaje, Okpokwu LGA of Benue State. The remains of Chief Idibia was conveyed in an ambulance.

It would be worthy to note that when the internationally acclaimed star, Tuface, alighted from a SUV, the chant and sound of Tubaba, Uja, Ino, Tuface rented the air from his kinsmen and old boys. Tuface was immediately ushered into a waiting room from the hands of his brethren by the security men.

Meanwhile, the family had intimated the public on the death of the respectable man on August 23rd, saying:

"With sadness in our hearts, but with gratitude to God for a life well spent, we announce the passing on of our father, brother, uncle and in-law, Michael Agbo Idibia, a native of Okpokwu Idumoga in Benue State.

"Born on July 25, 1946, Mr. Idibia is an alumnus of Kansas State University, USA, and retired from the Ministry of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State.‎

"Survived by wife, Mrs. Rose Owoyi Idibia, children: Steven Idibia, Innocent ’2face’ Idibia‎, Hyacinth Idibia and Oche Idibia, grand-children, and siblings. ‎ Burial arrangements will be announced by the family."
