In the video he posted, @theomonilelawyer said the tenant allegedly lived in the house for many years before committing the crime.
He said the house is a four-bedroom duplex, and the tenant allegedly sold it for N83 million and disappeared with the money.
"This is how a tenant sold his landlord's four-bedroom duplex at Okota and ran away after collecting the money. He has been living in that property for like seven years. He knew everybody in that place. He knew all the tactics. He knew all the issues in that place.

"He decided to forge a deed of assignment in his name, forged a survey plan in his name, and forged a receipt from the Okota family in his name. He gave an agent to market the property. The agent, after marking it for a while now, found somebody that was interested in purchasing the property. He now showed him all the documents.
Omonile Lawyer said that the buyer failed to approach the community development association and did not use other means to confirm who owned the home.
"He just saw the documents because he portrayed himself as a big boy that was moving to his other house and he wanted to sell it. That's why he bought that property from him. After paying him N83 million, he even had the audacity to tell the man to give him four extra months before he could move out of the place because he was looking for a place to move, and he will look for a new house to move in."

The lawyer said the buyer moved into the property after the tenant packed out. However, the problem arose when the landlord's agent came to check the house.
"When it was time for the agent to come and collect rent for that house, he now found a new person in the property."
He said the attention of the house owner, who is said to be with a police service, was called and flew down from abroad to Nigeria.
