Osimhen spent last season on loan from Napoli, scoring 37 goals and providing eight assists, as noted by Transfermarkt, winning titles and, more importantly, the heart of the Turkish fans.

Galatasaray then made a bold step of signing him permanently, breaking their club record transfer fee of €18 million paid for Gabriel Sara. The deal for Osimhen is worth around €80 million.
