Okoronkwo teaches Alozie pidgin English

A video emerged online showing the two roommates having a conversation and Alozie asking to be taught pidgin English, because she's yet to fully grasp it.

The California-born star asked her colleague to say statements in pidgin and let her repeat them, though she was not pleased with how she vocalised them, claiming she doesn't sound like herself.

The two burst into laughter when she said, “I dey tire, sleep dey catch my eyes,” which got her excited at how smooth the words came out.

Okoronkwo was born in Abia State, but was raised in Texas and visits home on holidays, hence her ability to be fluent in expressing in pidgin.

Fans in the comments did not believe Alozie was not fluent in pidgin, citing that the way she speaks is too smooth for someone who doesn't speak well.
