“I have many memories and experiences, which I could not mention all. Unlike other organisations, airports bring one closer to some people that one may not ordinarily be able to access easily. In my unit, we are the first point of contact when customers arrive at the international wing; this gives us an edge in exchanging contacts. I have obtained four certificates since I started the job and have also attended some professional classes.”
