A young Nigerian man showed people how to increase the efficiency of their cooking gas at home with a liquid he had in a syringe.
The man demonstrated how the liquid could be injected into the cylinder before filling it with gas. Many people gathered around him with rapt attention.
He made a side comment about a woman who had been using a 12kg cylinder for eight months.
Many Nigerians who watched his video doubted the efficiency of whatever he put in the cylinder.

Some pointed safety concerns of trying to tamper with cooking gas. A thorough look at the video reshared by @user62799908533272 revealed he was using what he called "Fuel Factor X". People said they would not try it.
A woman in the video said:
"My 12kg cylinder has used 8 months."
Akinlolu Akinpelumi, the man in the video, told Legit.ng's Joseph Omotayo that the FFX is not unsafe for users. In his words:
"It contained an organometallic compound....My pastor in church used his 12.5kg gas for four weeks. By the time we did the test in October, they used it for 12 weeks and five days.... There are no safety concerns as far you use your cylinder well. The compound slows down the burn rate of the gas inside the cylinder."

Creative Nigerians convert fuel generators to use gas
Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that a young Nigerian man was happy that converting a fuel generator to gas worked. He said a final bye-bye to using fuel.
The man revealed that 2kg of gas lasted for 8 hours. In a TikTok video, the man showed how a gas cylinder was placed far from the generator.
Similarly, a talented Nigerian man showed a petrol generator which power source he converted to cooking gas.
The young man (@kingsolya) revealed that a filled 2kg cylinder of gas would power the generator for 12 hours.
