Mimi Okeren, a popular Nigerian fashion illustrator/designer, recently spoke to Legit.ng's Kumashe Yaakugh about the Best-Dressed award going to Beauty.

According to him, the award process was based on highest likes and guests who showed up early for the event.

He also opined that Beauty's dress was 'fine but there were finer ones in a row of 25.'

"It wasn’t close. people like Ini Edo, Nana Aku Ado, Juliet Ibrahim, Linda Osifo, and Sharon Oja, also hit the nail hard. And their designers put in the work."

Okeren also voted Nana Aku Ado as his Best-Dressed at the event night.
