The expansion of grace

The Benin man gave gratitude to God for helping him take the company from an idea to a firm that has grown with more than 10,000 staff strength.

“Even though LAPO is big now, I set it up from my living room and I was running it for one year right from there.
As at that time, I was in the living room with about three staff members. As we progress, we eventually increased the staff strength to 10 and I could remember that the greatest time that gave me joy was the day that I would hand over their salaries to them (laughs).
Today, we have grown and now have more than 10,000 staff across the system," he told Legit.ng

Entrepreneurs should study the trend

He advised entrepreneurs not to just dabble into business but study the trends, and they should be more focused and avoid distraction of any form.

In my journey for instance, i had a lot of opportunities to be distracted. Some of them offered me international trips. People offered me great opportunity with all remuneration," he stated.

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that a young Nigerian graduate identified as Aderayo Adeshina has revealed that her make-up trade was responsible for her first international trip, which was to London.
