Wizkid's Essence becomes gold certified
Wizkid's single with Tems, Essence off his Made in Lagos album, is unarguably the song of the year both home and abroad.
Wizkid's manager and third baby mama, Jada Pollock, took to social media with the announcement that Essence had become certified gold in the United States.
This was after Canadian singer, Justin Bieber, jumped on the remix of the song and it broke records and garnered wide acceptance in the international music community.
