Big Brother Naija ex-housemate, Eriata Ese has sparked reactions on social media after she expressed regret about being in the spotlight.

As sighted by Legit.ng on Instagram, she took to her story channel with a lengthy post highlighting the disadvantages of being a public figure.

Eriata started by saying that if she had got insight before she became a public figure, she would not have wished to be one.

She continued by saying a very crazy part of the whole deal is that people project unnecessary negativity on celebrities.

The reality star touched on the fact that public figures need to be wary of people around them, their actions as well as words that come out of their mouths to build a reputable image.

She further revealed that it takes a lot to keep up with appearance to remain relevant, and people have to spend the little they earn to paint an untrue picture of their lives.

The entrepreneur also disclosed that the expectations to keep up to standards on public figures both online and offline can do damage to their mental health.

She finished by urging people to be more encouraging and loving as people in the public eye are humans with flaws as well.

Eriata Ese and her natural endowments

Eriata went down memory lane to recall a time when her natural endowments earned her different names from her schoolmates.

The entertainer said she used to get bullied about her lips, teeth, and full chest. Noting how she never allowed those things to get to her, Eriata revealed she used to inform her bullies that she didn't create herself.

Many years down the line, the reality star said people are now paying to have her natural endowments.
