Controversial entertainer Mr Jollof has stirred mixed reactions on social media after sharing his opinion on the high rate of failed marriages in recent times.

The comedian submitted that a lot of married women are leaving their marriages under the guise of trying to protect their mental health.

According to him, there are real cases of women who leave their marriages due to domestic violence and other issues.

He, however, said there are others who are simply promiscuous and simply use mental health as an excuse to bring their union to an end.

In a different portion of the video, the comedian pointed out that there are also women who are not ready to endure any form of hardship even in cases where their husbands are struggling.

Jollof equally faulted men who have failed to make attempts at protecting the mental health of their partners.

According to him, there should be adequate communication in relationships and men should learn to open up when they are going through financial challenges that eventually take a toll on the family.

Some weeks ago Legit.ng reported that the comic star got members of the online community gushing after he showed off the romantic side of himself.

Mr Jollof took to his page on Instagram to celebrate his wife on the occasion of her birthday ceremony.

The doting husband surprised his wife by having their home beautifully decorated and getting sax players to celebrate her.
