Thapelo Donald Kgabage is a proud man after inspiring many of his friends on social media by becoming a PhD graduate at the age of 31. The man is based in the North West province and his story has been documented by Varsity World on Facebook.
Kgabage’s success has inspired many social media users on the app and he also recounted how his journey began in 2010.
Journey to success
The post reads:
"I began my journey in 2010, studying both BCom in chartered accountancy together with theology at the same time. Indeed, I am a product of God’s Grace, I have seen this God in my life.
“Finally, at the age of 31 years, I can confirm that my PhD in theology is done and dusted, and finally conferred. I passed with Summa Cu*m Laude, which is the highest honour.
“I can also say 'Hello' to my first ever NQF Level 10. And cheers to more that is coming. Ladies and gentlemen, by God’s Grace, I present to you Dr Thapelo Donald Kgabage.”
